SHRM
Content strategy
I lead out Content Strategy for SHRM as an organization. This is something that I’ve been able to launch starting in December 2021, bringing content, thought leadership, and events together to tell the story of SHRM across many platforms and experiences cohesively. I’m the liaison for the Research, Creative, and Communications teams as I continue to work to launch strategy in line with brand campaigns. Historically, content has come out in various levels of silos and I’m working to bring the story more together.
show production
I am the lead producer for Telly Award Winning SHRM TV Show, Tune in Tuesdays from launch in 2020 to now. My work includes programming, script writing, marketing writing and strategy, livestream support, strategic lead, managing vendors and partners, sponsorships, and more. This program came out of the cancellation of SHRM’s annual conference in 2020 and has led to 25% more conversion than similar other SHRM programming, $265k revenue in season one, sponsor deals, and significant conversion towards SHRM membership.
Marketing technology
Partnered with Marketing Technology to successfully bring personalization technology to shrm.org. I worked as a strategic consultant & project manager in partnership with the vendor to strategically build use cases and launches. The Executive Team and Board were expressly pleased with the results.
Competitive Reporting
As a part of my content strategy work and for the firm’s future planning, I produce quarterly competitive reports for the CMEO and the SHRM Board. I use Meltwater for data around media coverage, topical news, competitive coverage, and simultaneously look into trends and future planning to make recommendations for the coming quarters.
Project management

global
I am the lead contact with our Global (Marketing) team based out of India. I run a monthly call to collaborate and connect the global teams with various key HQ team members, working for cross-functional alignment across continents, initiatives, and events. Since I began in this role, we’ve seen more collaboration than ever before, leading to us launching a global-facing campaign at the same time as our US campaign for the first time ever.
Executive Communications
In my work with our CMEO, I consult on her organizational presentations, board presentations, and her social media.
