Leading up to the news that Rockwell Collins was acquiring B/E Aerospace, Rockwell Collins came to Edelman to create a new strategy for the combined companies that still was true to the historic company. I was brought in to lead the content strategy, Instagram strategy, copywriting and assisting the art direction for the company. Out of this team work, forward thinking and direct partnership with the clients, Edelman won 3 additional contracts with new work, where I was specifically called out by the clients as positively contributing to winning the work.

Social content

I was brought in to lead the content strategy, Instagram strategy, copywriting and assisting the art direction for the company. We pushed past the original ask to come up with a complete strategy that incorporated new digital media strategies including sunsetting various social media pages, driving the creation of a solid Instagram account and more.

I wrote all of the launch copy for various channels, created the social strategy for launch and worked regularly with the clients directly to ensure compliance. The new Rockwell Collins launched successfully and continues to engage with employees, investors and those interested in avionics, with various creative assets, videos, executive storytelling, and an inside look at the company.
